Job Overview

The Google Tag, Analytics, & Reporting Analyst at See the Stars plays a crucial role in leveraging data analytics to identify and reach individuals in need through optimized digital strategies. This position focuses on deploying tracking and analytics solutions, ensuring that our efforts align precisely with the mission to connect people in need with vital services and support.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics configurations to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Customize tracking solutions to meet specific client needs, involving custom tag development and advanced tracking features implementation.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, develop measurement plans, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and deliver detailed reports and insights that inform client strategies and optimizations.


Qualifications

  • Solid experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for developing custom tags and implementing tracking solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and adeptness at working collaboratively across teams.
  • Knowledge of Looker Studio, Big-Query, Semrush, Google Search Console is a plus.
  • Solutions oriented, with a strong ability to help business users articulate their needs.


Employment Logistics

This role reports to a senior engineering team member. Communication with the team is handled primarily through Slack, Trello, and Basecamp. We anticipate approximately 10 hours of work, per week and growing from there.


Benefits & Perks:
Hourly Rate: $85 – $100 per hour, based on qualifications
